> **Cons**: i dont think it is syncing well with dentally- should be able to update in case any patient is booked and attends appointment- i think we still have to update manually is a patient actually attends- i may be wrong though- 
also- integration with \\tiktok- is a concern.

> **Pros**: I love the integration between boxly and enquirybot - this has began to capture 50% of our leads. I also love the fact that we can automate email \& sms right away to people that message - this is key to converting leads we've spent time and money gaining.

> **Cons**: It can be challenging to figure out where ROI is coming from via the reports - probably due to lack of functionality on our end. If there was a way for boxly to interpret and segment sources (per page, ad campaign etc) so that we know what's performing best in terms of conversions, that would be helpful.

> I've really enjoyed seeing boxly grow. The AI features are nifty and the team is very responsive. We're finding our sales pipeline is much smoother and has more oversight than when we were relying on manually looking at calls and emails.
