> **Pros**: We require clients to submit a multitude of documents aligned with a checklist and Motion is great for that, it also allows focused messages about a specific task/document without the hassle of emailing.

> **Cons**: Some fine-tuning is needed in terms of tasks/document workflow. 

At the moment, the client can click a task as complete when they submit a document, but it is not necessarily complete. It may be the wrong document as an example.

I would prefer the client to submit a task/document, and to leave it as ''Submitted''. 

The SME can click on ''Completed'' when the task is actually completed e.g. the document(s) that were submitted is/are satisfactory.

They also are implementing product updates and improvements on an ongoing basis.
