> **Pros**: The things I liked prior to using, in actual practice fell away due to the struggle of getting anything to work correctly. I am very tech savvy so the fact I couldn’t get anything resolved on my own is an issue and the steps to get issues resolved is extremely flawed. Having to call 4 times for the same issue is unacceptable.

> **Cons**: Poor follow up on urgent issues. Conflicting information to help resolve issues making more work for the user for absolutely no reason. Poor customer service. Lack of accountability, poor product overall.

> My experience with PracticeQ has been incredibly frustrating. Issues that directly impacted my ability to provide care were not handled with the urgency or professionalism I expected. I had to repeatedly follow up myself just to get basic support, and even then, communication was poor and solutions were delayed.&#10;&#10;To make matters worse, I’m now dealing with additional account issues with no clear resolution—only excuses and zero accountability.&#10;&#10;As a healthcare provider, I need a platform I can rely on. Unfortunately, PracticeQ has fallen short on every level. I would not recommend it.
