When I questioned this, their support rep (Sally) and even their CEO tried to claim the trial ended on December 30th — while both the invoice and the dashboard clearly show January 9th as the end date. After days of back‑and‑forth, they finally admitted the trial runs until January, but still refused to issue a refund. I never used the service at all — I had actually forgotten about it. Yet for 10 days straight I kept getting the same canned responses, no resolution, no accountability.
