They so quickly fire back a helpful loom with a step by step.

> **Cons**: The user interface on the app is a little raw and challenging to learn however each month they are making updates and upgrading it piece by piece - it will undoubtedly be a masterpiece in no time\!

> A bit of a learning curve at first but the customer service \& help behind the scenes is the best I’ve ever had.

They so clearly care about the client and are working very hard behind the scenes to upgrade ever piece of this intricate system.

> **Cons**: They are growing something new and amazing, and with that comes some inevitable clunkiness and growing pains. I need to repeatedly log in to the app and nudge it to "remember me" more often per week than I'd like, but that's just a few seconds of inconvenience.

> Tremendous - I'm so excited to be working with them. They are creating something awesome, and I am creating something (different) and awesome ... surrounding myself with people, services, systems, etc. that are eager makes a huge difference.
