A New Dawn in EHS Management

Comments: Excellent. great customer service and support. makes life as a EHS professional so much easier.

Pros:

Gosh there are so many pros to this software. the first pro is that it can be tailored for the needs of your organization. There are so many different sustainability reporting functions, and you can easily pull reports from each of them. Doing Board reports and annual reports becomes very easy using this software.

Cons:

I can become overwhelming for a new user because there is just so much you can do using this software. It takes a bit of time to get familiar with using the different forms.

Great product, would like to use latest version, little pricy.

Comments: We have been set up very professionally at the start of the project and we have been using the software package for a few years now, however the package is good, the latest versions would have been first prize, if upgrades could be included in the development of the program it would be very nice, but as everything else, improvement comes at a price.

Pros:

Captures relevant info as per our OHS system

Cons:

Sometimes takes a long route to get what you want, bit rigid.

Comments: It has interesting capabilities, some of which we are still to explore. It could do with improvements to the auditing module.

Comments: We are still learning to navigate around the system and have a lot to learn from the system. Otherwise if everyone gets licences it would be a lot easier to use the system.

It has a lot of modules to choose from and it is tailor made

Comments: The ideal of what the system seeks to achieve is great. However, there is a great deal of modification that IsoMetrix had to go through for it to suit our business and this process is still ongoing. Stakeholder and Media Articles modules are now working well. Customer support is quite OK, all queries raised were resolved to date on these two modules.

Pros:

User interface is great.

Cons:

The number of modifications that the platform had to go through to match our business.

Comments: The Systems has major shortcomings in terms of lack of systems uploads and requires a lot of manual imputing of data as you develop it. It should be upgraded to allow importing of data from the business into the system to reduce regorous manual labour. Some of the module should be based on best practice for example SHE , ERM, Audit; should have already existing generic maintenance modules which should only allow users to link up the modules to the organisational structure , activities etc . This will allow easy and effective utilisation of the system and return on investment

Easy to understand and use

Comments: I have had a very pleasant experience with Isometrix.
The system is so easy to use. You do not need a programming background to understand how the system works or to even add your own specs when needed.
I attended the admin course and it was so informative that you fully understand how the system works, it really is that easy. It consists mostly of drag and drop and only here and there coding that needs to be done.
The system is very user friendly and every user should be able to use the program even if they don't really use computers. Customer support is always fast to respond to your queries and try and get a solution. They also keep you updated on the status of your call. I would recommend Isometrix to companies for a real way to get your health and safety features and a reliable and trustworthy program.

Comments: Metrics Software Solutions need to have time with potential customers to let them know about all the available packages for IsoMetrix so that the customers can make informed decisions on their choices. Most of the maintenance modules need to be made standard with full time engagement of the client to its starts working when its handed as we spent more time working on these.
