Platform optimized for B2B companies

Comments: Website developers are available to provide direct support upon request. Our experience with them was excellent when we sought custom features and upgrades beyond the standard offerings. The team was highly responsive and attentive, ensuring our needs were fully understood and addressed.
We integrated the store with the ERP system as well, and this reduced our workload and optimised sales process.

Pros:

I liked the ease of use for every day people. The pricing of the product is great as the features that are available in the plan give you really good return on investment. We used the CSV import tool a lot as it is a great option to import a lot of product information in a store.

Cons:

The feature for building advanced product customization (product variants, options) is really good but in more complex products some customization is necessary that is harder to complete.

Reasons for Choosing Shopamine: The service provider lacked flexibility, and the setup offered no customization to accommodate our requests. Additionally, any changes we wanted to implement came with excessively high costs.

Robust, Versatile, and Packed with Powerful Features

Comments: Incredible value for money. Such a robust and versatile platform and great support.

Pros:

I really appreciate the custom CSS editor which allows me to make that extra touch to my storefront. Also there is a lot of options through API. The most fascinating is the CMS content editor with the Rules editor, that allows you to show specific content in specific situations.

Cons:

Although there is a lot options to set up the final price using margins, discount or fixed price etc. - I would really appreciate the per supplier price import for connected external suppliers.

Comments: We are very happy with Shopamine and would recommend it to small and large businesses.

Pros:

Great SEO optimization features. Elastic search is good and responsive. Good optimization for mobile devices. Great that you don't need any extra plugins. The CMS and ecommerce works out of the box. Good personalization features.

Cons:

User rules can be a bit overwhelming when you're first starting out.

An honest review of Shopamine: they are the best

Comments: It's been brilliant so far - we've received timely support and troubleshooting even in the middle of the night. They are a dedicated team who know exactly what they are delivering/offering.

Pros:

Shopamine is great - we are able to use so many features right out of the box - like plug and play. Even non technical people are able to work on it with ease. In Shopamine, we've found a great tool which can customize to our specific requirement to show personalized content to our various user personas. And configuring and managing this content in the back end is very intuitive for our users. We are able to build landing pages extremely quickly, (with customizations), which has helped us showcase more of our products to our customers.

Cons:

To accommodate articles, a little more development will need to be done.

Reasons for Choosing Shopamine: It was dated technology and was not able to keep up with current trends of website building and features.

Reasons for Switching to Shopamine: Personalization of content and logged in journeys are something that Drupal was not able to do for us, but Shopamine was able to do this.

Comments: Our experience with Shopamine has been exceptionally smooth.

Pros:

Our store front is really fast on Shopamine. We like the support. It is easy to use. Also the dashboard is really fast. The integration with our ERP is running seamlessly.

Cons:

Just a few minor issues here and there, but they were mostly resolved quickly.

Comments: Overall we are really satisfied. All our suggestions are accepted by support of Shopamine.

Pros:

It's simply to use, edit and create new products, manage orders, view product inventory. One of the feature is possibility of using b2b and b2c portal in one. The user can set a custom design based on their own wishes and needs. The app is improving all the time.

Cons:

Entering the discount code is the last step in the order process.

Our Global Digital platform on Shopamine

Comments: It was a customer delight for us right from the beginning. Creation of template according to our style guidelines was done very quickly, which gave us all the lego blocks to build complex pages without any coding, which could be achieved by juniors or even designers or operations team members. We are an international organisation with operations in more than 180 countries. To rollout across the globe, simultaneously training our global team in self service capabilities was a breeze. This reduced the workload of our support staff, letting them to focus on more important aspects of our digital platform.

Pros:

1. Personalisation - Content can be personalised for end user, based on browsing history or preferences or any other pre defined parameters. 2. Landing page builder - Self service landing page builder is very useful. No coding is needed. We needed to put up a page in Spain and Germany for Yoga event and it took just 2 hours to get it up and running, while earlier it took longer and consumed developer’s time. 3. API friendly - The ease with which we can call Shopamine APIs and Shopamine can call other third party APIs is a productivity enhancement feature that is useful in incorporating complex logic into Ecommerce pages. 4. PIM - Product Information Model is very useful to quickly build a product catalog for our organisation. This feature can be extended for any listing that is of importance for our organisation. 5. Copying shopfront for other locales is a feature that helped us to replicate a shopfront for multiple geographies with minimal effort. 6. No plugins are needed. It is one stop shop as everything comes out of the box. 7. It is enterprise ready and has integrations with other ERPs, which enables Shopamine to a lean and mean front end for a heavy ERP back end.

Cons:

1. An import/export of pages across different shopfronts would be very useful. 2. A stronger access control mechanism to enable Publish workflow is needed. Happy to note from the Shopamine dev team that both the above features are coming up in future releases.

Pros:

Shopamine makes it easy to create a Dynamic website and easy to build a multilanguage website without any plugins. It is mobile responsive and Shopamine also provides templates that can be easily used. It is one of the best E-commerce platform providers which has dashboards for sales analysis, customer behavior, performance of the product, easy-to-track orders & shipping information. Shopamine makes it easy for someone without much technical expertise to set up and manage an online store. It is an SEO-friendly Tool where meta, Schema, OG tags, analytics GTM scripts can be added easily, and is also a secured system.

Cons:

Shopamine is good, but it would be better if the feature of drag and drop of components/boxes is offered.

Comments: It has been very easy to come on board and work on this platform.

Pros:

Having worked on the code base of Shopamine, I liked how robust their product is. Their usage of latest technologies, well built architecture and easy to understand documentations makes working on Shopmaine a joy.

Cons:

Shopamine can give a little more flexibility with respect to alterations of some specification detials through APIs.

Comments: I like Shopamine product and Shopamine team. Product is awesome. Simple to use without compromising the quality of the output. They are very supportive. They understand our problem statement from our stand point and give proper solution. And with a quick turn around time.

Pros:

I use Shopamine mainly for website creation. I find shopamine very user-friendly tool to build a website. Shopamine has a number of ready to use components which can be used with ease even by a non-technical person. Landing pages can be created within no time and content management is so easy and immediate. The content can also be personalized as per our business needs. It also cater to multiple languages which again can be done in some simple steps. Meta details and analytical scripts can be given effortlessly. It is also an incredible ecommerce platform.

Cons:

Nested conditional boxes can have different colour highlight, for now the conditional boxes are all the same colour.

Comments: Overall my experience has been very positive. I love working with the team who is available and very structured in their approach. I think they are very flexible based on your needs and business development stage. If you are a newbie like me or a more experienced user, they can adapt their approach to what you need and that is a big plus for any business.

Pros:

I like the fact that the team is always available to help. I feel like I am working with people and not with an automated online system. The platform is very flexible and allows for great level of customisation of the webshop. As an online retailer I was looking for a platform that I can grow my business with and Shopamine is just that.

Cons:

At first, the back end system to build the website isn't very intuitive but overtime and as you go through it step by step, it becomes easier and more user friendly. My advice is, do spend time going through all aspects of it with the account manager and go through the training material.

Comments: The overall experience is great. To have PIM and CMS integrated together in one platform really makes contend and information easy to manage. With all additional features this is a powerful platform especially for b2b users

Pros:

I love the platform as it has all the features included so there is no need for external plugins. One of the best things is that you can show user personalized content with ease. This gives you an option to display dynamic content to different users based on roles and conditions.

Cons:

Since the start of using the platform i did not find any bad things about the platform that i could mention here.

Comments: Shopamine is an easy to use app for all type of business. For the experts, with lots of conditions and for beginners.

Pros:

The possibility to edit every single product page, connect different custom pages to choosen product, the possibility to edit HTML and CSS code at any time and ani pages.The condition box is so easy to use, and can do magic with your content. Unlimited option to edit user types (prices, taxes calculations, visible products, promotions...).

Cons:

There is nothing i don't like. There are some bugs, somtimes, but they are immediatly solved.
