> **Pros**: Ayuda a visualizar rapidamente los informes de los activos, de tal modo se genera un control sobre el equipo y el personal tecnico, ayudando en las siguientes gestiones para verificar los trabajos previos que fueron realizados.

> **Cons**: Es un poco complicado encontrar el historial de un activo, o en su defecto no se sincroniza las intervenciones previas realizadas.

> **Pros**: Las funciones impactantes es que se tiene el registro de los informes de servicio al instante, es muy fácil el uso del producto, sencilla la aplicación a los diferentes procesos con el procedimiento adecuado.

> **Cons**: Se debe mejorar en la presentación de informes después del llenado del informe al CMMS, no se tiene aspectos complicados en el uso del producto, fácil integración del producto a las funciones de la empresa.
> 
> Se soluciona varios problemas como tener a la mano los informes y el historial de funcionamiento de cada equipo al momento de la intervención, la ventaja es que con el uso del CMMS se tiene acceso a estos datos.
