Engaging tool for your cold-mailing efforts

Comments: Overall I love Luna and use it at a minimum several times a week.

Pros:

I love the very idea itself. There area lot of tools for cold-mailing, but Luna pares it down to the essentials, making it fun and easy to just send e-mails. Its slightly gamified workflow makes it fun to connect every day and send a dozen ails or two, and do it consistently day-in, day-out. That's what I really love here: not mass-sending 10k e-mails once in a while, but being compelled to send a few personalized mails on a daily basis.In my industry, this is gold.

Cons:

Internationalization of copy, well... sucks, let's be honest. For English it's great, but for French it's a pain.

Comments: This is truly the "all-in-one" tool I've been looking for for a long time. I find and receive verified leads, help with text content and good help to keep track of my mailings. A smart product that keeps getting better!

Pros:

Our main reasons for using Luna are- the help to find new leads- resourceful AI engine that helps us produce simple and fast background facts about the recipient- keeps track of when it is time to send out follow-up emails- reliable recipient verification

Cons:

- I want to be able to cancel a sent email that is in an outgoing queue. Did I make a typo or miss some important information?- I want to be able to group my mailings to different recipient groups, with a different perspective on the AI engine's text suggestions

Fantastic tool

Comments: In general is good, I love the app.

Pros:

I discovered the Luna app by chance, and since then it has been an extremely useful tool that saves me a lot of time!

Cons:

I have had some email bouncing back. I don't know whether this can be imporved. Maybe Luna's oubound emails show problems with their SPF or DKIM settings.

Lead generation and prospecting made easy

Pros:

I really love Luna and I'm glad I got it on a lifetime deal (I hope they offer it again because I can definitely get more people to purchase). Luna is super easy to use and very helpful in finding leads or finding emails for our uploaded list. The customized cold email copy is a great time saver! No need to research and generate first line and it also learns as my team use it. So awesome! I also love that there's a follow up feature so I don't have to worry on when to do the follow up. plus excited for the upcoming new features from Luna. The best!

Cons:

I hppe there's a way to filter leads according to technology used. That would save me tons instead of me paying another platform to pull my leads and upload them to Luna. Also, I really want to see Luna extending it's lead generating feature by allowing us to just upload website leads without the name and they'll find the emails for us. Super crossing my finger for those features.

🤩Luna nails it!

Comments: As a start-up our biggest challenge is prospecting new clients. Luna helps solve this problem. We can spend more time working with our existing user base and less on folks who are not interested in our product.

Pros:

1. Luna has an extensive lead database in exactly the right B2B target audience.2. Luna "listens" to me and seems to update her performance on-the-fly, from email to email. She's magic!3. The autonomous mode is a must. Once Luna is trained, we unleashed her full potential by letting her automate the email marketing campaign. It is like having another sales person on staff. 🥳

Cons:

The FAQs are OK. Can't find every answer in there yet. Looking forward to the autonomous mode Chat feature.

Scale personalization!

Comments: I love it! 10/10 for me. I can push out 20-30 1:1 emails a day and review each one prior to send. It does a lot of heavy lifting for a solo founder like myself. I have seen responses, and booked a few meetings leveraging Luna. Highly recommend to give it a spin.

Pros:

The ease of scaling my outreach but in a way that is 1:1 to the reader. Its not perfect but damn near close in writing engaging, simple, and personalized emails. It has a desktop app and a mobile app which I love!

Cons:

I don't have much feedback beyond I wish we could automate it. You do need to pop in and approve each message. I do believe it is on their roadmap though.

Good value and support but not entirely perfect yet

Comments: I am more inclined to recommend it than not, but still a long way to go.

Pros:

The interface is good. Luna's support functions are quite nice. The chat emails have a genuine feel to them. Lead generation is superb!

Cons:

Sometimes there is no description about the company, so one has to go into the company's website, which is cumbersome and wastes time...it sometimes suggests irrelevant email drafts.

Great AI prospecting tool

Comments: Great-- it's a wonderful way to do prospecting without the usual headaches most of which are time consuming of pyschological barriers.

Pros:

Luna is a breeze to start with - it has broken the barrier that comes with doing outreach. The UX is lovely and makes using Luna fun. If you've got a tool you like, you're more likely to use it.

Cons:

The database still needs improvement - but they are improving all the time. You can also upload your own database anyway. The AI will improve too - it is not quite 100% in some regards and you have to keep training it to do what you want. It's like any AI Tool right now - you still need an element of human touch!

Once you have set Luna up, everything is pretty much automatic.It's a great tool to send personalised emails to grow your business.Every sales manager should be getting the Salesforce to use this.

YouVerify Uses Luna in Semi-Automated but Automated way

Comments: Needs more features, additional statistics and reports, needs to integrate urgently with salesforce

Pros:

Luna has an unbelievable algorithm of identifying the right target personas, the right companies. once you learn it during the evaluation process prior to the autonomous version, it will clearly show that. Perhaps in the first 40 emails and targeted needs a bit of training but there after you will forget to log in because it just works.

I love that it writes emails for me, and comes with a seemingly accurate-enough database.

Cons:

I feel like training Luna is SOMETIMES hit or miss - and I wish it would just learn "instantly" some of the base thigns I want it to say. Also, sometimes that 'icebrakers" or "conversation starters" are mediocre, but I thhink this will get better with time.

Luna is killer

Comments: Fast, easy, exciting. I'm highly interested in using this long term.

The interface is easy to get started with. The systems and intergrations are straight forward. I was able to start sending outbound messages pretty much immediatly. Excited to see results.

Cons:

I'm still exploring the features of Luna, but at first glance it appears as if their list of intergrations and SMTP capabilities is small. Time will tell.

Significant Lead Generation Tool

Pros:

The product is user-friendly. CRM integration is possible with Luna and leads can be filtered based on industries, countries, business sizes, job titles, etc. Email drafts can be translated into various languages and choices in email drafting.

Cons:

Luna automatically schedules emails, keeping the receiver's time zone but manually adding them can be as optional.While importing the leads, it does not allow the website to extract the information. But the email was verified and listed on LinkedIn. Hope you will have greater improvement.

Amazing capabilities

You can train Luna's AI to meet your exact needs when sending email campaigns, it's very helpful.

Comments: Luna helps make lead gen easy to incorporate, I just have to follow up on the emails. And, they have introduced me to other tools that have become invaluable.

This is so easy to use and the team continues to improve the capabilities and search for quality leads.

Cons:

None really, the AI for writing continues to improve. And anytime I find a bug, they are 100% responsive.
