> **Pros**: I feel the software has a large selection of certificates available. and the team that work with the software and customers are happy to help wherever they can.

> **Cons**: We as a company felt we do not complete enough certificates to justify the cost to our business. That is not to say it is expensive. Perhaps the software is designed for a slightly larger company.

> Our experience with the software was fantastic and the help to implement this was great also. In fact when we felt we needed longer with the trial before moving forward we was accommodated for.

> **Pros**: The certificates are easy to produce, compile and complete with options to edit and send. We create multiple templates to send out to the operatives and the field mode is easy to use once you've used if for a week or so. 
We're also still finding out new things and Clik updates it regularly with things customers may need.
Great piece of software.

> **Cons**: The option for a module that includes the choice between adding codes from the observation page or the tick box would be good for some operatives.
> 
> To begin with, the transition to new software was difficult, but with time and training we realised it was in fact much easier to use than we thought. As with everything an open mind and desire to learn new things is always a big help\!
