My biggest pro for the Cloud version is that it is less of a hassle to use since you're using SMS-iT's resources as opposed to those of a third party like Twilio. I also like the user interface, but having seen a preview, I am eagerly waiting for version 2.0, which looks even better\!Customer support is pretty friendly and prompt. I have only had 1 instance where I felt like we were going round in circles.
