> **Pros**: Ich kannte inSign bereits durch meine Tätigkeit als Direktor bei der OVB. Hier habe ich gemerkt, wie einfach es ist Dokumente digital unterschreiben zu lassen. Auf einen Vorschlag zu Verbesserung wurde vor kurzer Zeit direkt reagiert.Ihre Service Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett\!\!

> **Cons**: 1) Wenn ich ein Dokument zu unterschreiben freigegeben habe, kann ich nicht in das Dokument rein gucken, während es bei dem Kunden ist. 2) Die E-Mails von inSign landen beim Kunden leider oft im SPAM Postfach... 3) Das Bearbeiten in inSign ist etwas umständlich.4) Manchmal werden Dokumente in Schwarz/weiß, manchmal in Farbe angezeigt.

> **Cons**: Es wäre für uns sehr hilfreich, wenn es die Möglichkeit gäbe (Abseits der Implementierung von Tags in pdf-Dokumente), Signatur-, Textfeld- und allgemein Felder-Vorlagen für die Dokumente zu erstellen, die man regelmäßig nutzt. So sparte man sich die Arbeit, immer dieselben Felder an dieselben Stellen ziehen zu müssen.
Z.T. ist die Nutzererfahrung bei Signatur auf mobilen Geräten nicht ganz klar im Ablauf: muss der Standort für die Software aktiviert werden, schließt sich der Bildschirm nach erfolgter Signatur automatisch, muss ich noch irgendetwas tun/abschließen etc.
