The overall user experience is seamless and it was a major improvement from our previous provider. We find high degree of student engagement from those that use the virtual tour and quite often we are able to push them further down our sales pipeline with success after they've used our virtual tour. The 360 photography is immersive and really drives home what it is like to be on our campuses. The ability to also add hotspots and video media has improved engagement. Most importantly we have ongoing meetings with their customer support team who always provide us with actionable changes that we can implement to improve our tour experience. > > **Cons**: When we first signed up the back-end for administrators was a little clunky and there were some redundancies when you had to navigate to certain tours or areas to add new scenes, photos, etc. Over time the back-end has improved and they've removed some of the pain points that we reported. One of the biggest strengths has been the quality of the photography and media, which creates a polished, engaging experience that reflects our brand well. Another standout has been the support from our customer success specialist. They were highly responsive and met with us regularly throughout the project, helping us think through content structure, workflows, and even ideas for collecting user feedback and promoting the tour. That level of support made the implementation process much smoother for our small marketing team. While the platform itself is straightforward, building the tours required more time than we initially expected. This was largely due to our internal content workflow and the level of detail we wanted in the experience. But once everything was in place, it became easy to organize spaces, add hotspots, and update content in real time. Circuit has helped us fill an important gap by providing an immersive way for prospective students to explore our facilities and student spaces. Beyond recruitment, we also see many opportunities to use it across marketing, communications, and student services as we continue to expand and add new content over time.
