The ticket support team is always very clear in their responses. For example, \[sensitive content hidden\] is kind, helpful, clear and offers help adjusting our site's code (slightly of course) to make our site translatable. > > **Cons**: I feel that when on chat (not with \[sensitive content hidden\], but with others), it can be harder to get a message across. It can also be more time consuming than when a ticket is created. The AI rewriter of tickets is a little frustrating because when you take the time to write your request clearly, it just removes all the work you put into writing a clear ticket. There is no way to revert its changes back to what you wrote originally. Also the WPML editor, while it is helpful, it automatically splits paragraphs into individual sentences. If someone is pasting from a language script they do not read, it makes it hard to figure out which sentence goes in which box. And then if you leave a box blank, it won't save, and won't let you complete the translation. This is a very frustrating part of the WPML editor. I wish it did not force you to enter something into a box if you didn't want to.
