An Everyday Companion for Note Taking and More
Comments: Google Keep helps me to stay organized with lists, especially to-do lists. This is essential for the way that I run my business. I take down everything that needs to be done in google keep, utilize the checkbox features which allows you to slide items up and down in order in a list. That allows me to prioritize the items on my list. After prioritizing my list, I can schedule each item as an appointment in my google calendar.
Pros:
What I like most about Google Keep is its ease of use. When using Keep it is very easy to catch onto how to use it. The UI puts everything front and center, making it easy to find the most used features in every scenario. I also love that Keep is available anywhere I have an internet connection. The app is on my phone, my iPad and my laptop.
Cons:
What I like least about Google Keep is that it does not file notes into folders. Generally, folders can help create a cleaner UI , where as having every note show up on the main screen of the app can feel cluttered and overwhelming at times.

A simple and especially free note taking app
Comments: Google Keep is a convenient and free note-taking app that helps you organize your thoughts. You can use it to jot down notes, store images, record audio notes, or create colourful sticky notes with simple drag & drop functionality. While its features are basic compared to other apps in the same category, its simplicity makes up for it by allowing you to quickly access what's important right when you need it.
Pros:
Google Keep is an incredibly useful and convenient app that helps make it easy to store, organize, and share notes. You can easily jot down ideas or reminders similar to using a Post-it note - but with the added bonus of being able to save them in your cloud storage on Google Drive for easy access anywhere! Plus, you don't need any extra software as this powerful note-taking tool is completely free and extremely user-friendly. It's perfect for those who want something simple yet effective when it comes to managing their daily tasks without having to invest too much time into learning how to use more complex apps.
Cons:
Google Keep is a relatively basic note-taking app with limited features. It has a 20,000 character limit, a label limit of 50 and does not support text formatting or have automated notes. Furthermore, it lacks a desktop client meaning there are security concerns to consider when storing sensitive information in the app due to Google’s privacy policies.

What a strange little product--but I use it every day
Comments: Keep really doesn't know what it wants to be -- a to do list, a stick notes app, or a web clipper to compete with Evernote, or what? All I know is that it's pervasive across all my devices and installed on my Pixel phones, so it's super handy and the default when I need to get something out of my head, so despite all these short-comings, I still use it and will "keep" using it (haha, sorry for the pun).
Pros:
Keep is dead simple. Write a note, maybe make it a list or add a picture. No learning curve, no saving, no files or folders. You can add colors or labels if you like, but what I love most is the powerful search built in that instantly brings up one of my hundreds of notes, even archived ones. I do use the colors as well with a pretty deep system of categories, but I ran out of colors for new categories a long time ago because of the limited number of choices.
Cons:
Keep drives me crazy. New features are very rare. You can't even do rich text formatting! Lists are totally inflexible other than simple indentation for a pseudo subtask motif.

Cons:
If you want to categorize your notes, it does not offer many possibilities.

Comments: Google Keep is a popular note-taking app that offers a simple and intuitive interface, organizational features, accessibility across multiple devices and platforms, integration with other Google services, and collaboration capabilities. It can be useful for individuals and businesses looking for a basic note-taking app.
Pros:
Google Keep includes a simple and intuitive interface, easy note-taking capabilities, corporate functionality, multi-device accessibility and integration with other Google services. These features can have an impact for users looking for a basic notetaking application that can be easily embedded in their workflow.
Cons:
Some users may find Google Keep to be too basic for their needs, lacking more advanced features that are available in other note-taking apps. Additionally, the organizational features may not be sufficient for users who need more robust organization and categorization capabilities. Finally, there may be concerns around data privacy and security, as Google Keep is a cloud-based app that stores notes and other data on Google's servers.

Simple and convenient note-taking app
Comments: For easy note-taking and list-making, Google Keep is an excellent app. Its cross-platform support, Google ecosystem integration, collaborative tools, and voice and picture recognition boost productivity. For expert users, its limited formatting, tagging, sharing, search, and desktop app may be limitations.
Pros:
Google Keep's streamlined design makes it simple to jot down ideas and organize them into lists.Users may view their notes from any device, as Google Keep is available on Android, iOS, and the web.
Cons:
Users who need to make more complicated notes or papers may find Google Keep's limited formatting options limiting. Notes in Google Keep are organized using tags, which might be a bit of a learning curve for people who are more accustomed to the folder structure.

Love the simplicity and syncing to Google Account but lacks in Features
Comments: Ease of use keeps me coming back over and over again. The ability to check my notes, add to an existing note or create a new one from my laptop or phone basically anywhere is worth my time. I would like to see more features included.
Pros:

My favorite memopad
Comments: It's a great way to save information. I use it to store almost anything, from a spontaneous idea to extremely sensitive information.
Pros:
Google Keep looks trivial, but I find it very useful. A real online notepad. Do you have a piece of information, or an idea, that you'd like to remember later? just note it on Keep, and you're done. No need to click on a save button. And you can retrieve it anytime, anywhere.
Cons:
For a cloud-based notebook, I don't find it secure enough. A PIN code lock, or fingerprint lock, would be ideal.

The best app for keeping notes

A fairly realiable system for taking notes and storing them over a long period of time..
Comments: I must admit that our general experience has been positive despite the negative things that I have mentioned previously, there are still things to improve within Google Keep as what I mentioned previously, the design of the notes has to be improved, so that the notes have a much more attractive and more colorful background, in addition, the transfer system of these notes has to be improved to facilitate sending them to specific people. Our general expxerience has been positive because day by day this platform helps us to takes notes within the company, we can write anythin in these notes and store them for later, in addition, we can add reminders to these notes to access them in an hour or specific date. I'm pleased with the general functionality of Google Keep, it is a fairly easy software to use and it connects immediately with my Google account, so there is no need to create any additional account in order to use the software.
Pros:
The first thing that I like about Google Keep is that it allows me to make a much more complete note-taking, because this application allows me to insert images or videos in the note that I'm making at a specific moment, this helps the note be much more complete. Another thing that I like about Google Keep is that all the notes are stored in the Google cloud no matter how long it takes, for example, I can create a note and leave it there even more that five years, in the same way I will have access to that note wth all the information that was previously written, this is amazing since I can store information for a long time. I should also mention that I love the feature of adding tags to notes, because these tags help me find specific notes, I can add custom tags and it makes it so much easier for me to find notes for a specific topic.
Cons:
The first thing I don't like about Google Keep is that in order to transfer one onf the previously described notes, you must transfer this note to Google documents, this way you can transfer a shared link to another person, it is not possible to transfer this note directly from the Google Keep app, and this is really annoying. Another thing that I do not like about this platform is that it is not possible to add a personalized design to the notes that you have written, you can only add a black backgroung or a white background to the notes, it is not possible to add your own design or a much more attractive design to the notes.

Google keep keeps everything noted in its google ecosystem
Pros:
The best part of it is it's very handy. You can easily make a copy and share your note. You have limited but colorful templates to give your notes a specific identity. It also has reminder and pin features. One can easily pin any important message. Uploading or clicking the image with your text is also a good characteristic. I love its recording feature. When I don't have time to write, I simply record it.
Cons:
I want more colors and different formatting features and can group multiple notes under one heading.

must have free note taking app for everyone
Pros:
If you're looking for a note taking app, then Keep is the way to go. I've been using it for years and I have never been disappointed by it. It has a clean interface that is easy to use and an intuitive design that makes note taking fun...I'm just so glad it's free! Keep is the best free note taking app, hands down!
Cons:
the checklist option can be improved. Currently it adds checklist in every line of the note, it should have an option to add checklist box in specific things, items or tasks.

Tool that makes your life much easier.
Pros:
It is super fast to create a note and to have in all your devices. And it's free.
Cons:
I don't like when I put a link in a note and google keep automaticaly creates a "bar" at the bottom of the note but also keeps the link in the middle of the text. I would be nice if you could select how you want you link to be displayed, like in Confluence.

Google Keep is useful
Comments: Overall, I am very happy to use it. It makes my life easier.
Pros:
I can take notes very easily. One of the best features of it is that you can take pictures and then write heading and notes for it. Also, you can take lots of pictures and put notes, then you can transfer them into google docs easily to create a report for example. I am using it on the construction sites, taking pictures, writing notes under it, then creating a report for the site visits.
Cons:
There is no option for selecting all notes. If you want to select lots of notes, you have to select one by one on phone or select with the mouse on the computer. Also, while transferring the selected notes into the google docs, as I observe, there is a limit for it. For example, if I select 60 pictures and try to transfer, I cant do it but there is no problem for less then 50 pictures.

Nice little assistant
Pros:
Great for notes taking whether by audio or text. Its great for a things to do list where you can just tick what was done and move on. The archive function is great especially for something annually, you can archive and then uncheck all items and start again. What I love most is that it can be linked to my gmail account for access wherever I am in the world and that I can share my notes with others.
Cons:
There's a character limit hence one has to be careful regarding recordings and note taking. It seems as if its mainly to be used for small note taking.

The Best Cloud Base Note Application
Pros:
Google Keep is the perfect all around note taking application that is based in the cloud and can be accessed on any computer or smart phone device. It stores very large notes, has terrific archival tools for unnecessary/older note threads and has so many customization options for anyone to enjoy for personal or organization reasons.
Cons:
There has been known to be glitches from time to time (some have reported the cursor while on a phone to move to the bottom of the page), but overall it is very solid and easy to use.

Google does it best when it comes to Productivity or Content Management
Comments: I started note taking years ago with Google Keep before looking for more features in other apps but this has been my go-to for anything related to work.
Pros:
The open canvas to track every bit of info especially if your are Google Workspace user. This could be the place to record every info that you think you have to come back and refer. The search is top notch and the integration with Google suite of apps is excellent
Cons:
Acts buggy at times so not sure if it because of Chrome or the platform

So much better than talking to yourself....
Pros:
As someone that is very much "tech challenged", the easy of use of Google Keep was very refreshing. This is a huge step up from leaving myself post it notes or muttering under my breath to try to make sure I remember something. The search functionality is great, the interface it clear, not cluttered and very user-friendly. There might be options out there that can do more, but for my needs, this is has been perfect.
Cons:
It's a small details, but the inability to change the text format has been slightly annoying. At least with my post it notes, I could underline things :-)

Productive
Comments: Google keep helps me solve my problems because I'm able to organize my thoughts as a song writer. I realized that I'm more productive when I use this software. I don't use pen and paper to write my songs anymore. And I can write songs anytime anywhere with just my phone.
Pros:
The features that are most impactful are note taking, search and image upload. You can take notes even offline. You don't have to scan all your notes to find a specific note because you can just search it using this feature. It's easy to use. You can upload more than one photo in a note. As a song writer, I downloaded this app on my phone to take note of my ideas and so far, I already finished 2 songs which is good.
Cons:
The software can be improved by adding an option to upload video.

Cons:
I would love to see the introduction of folders in Google Keep then i could have a folder for work and home life.

Keep notes and set reminders made simple.
Pros:
Never misplace your notes or forget important events ever again. Google Keep allows me to take notes, set reminders and organize my activities. It has a create checklist feature which gives the ability to tick task already completed and keep up with planned activities. My favorite feature is the location reminder where I grant GPS access to the software and it will send reminders whenever I get to the specified location. Other useful features include changing background, editing labels, inserting photos or even drawing a diagram. Awesome!
Cons:
This software goes beyond just being a note taking event reminder software. I have no complains.

Pros:

It's not rich in features. It has limitation. Developer should increase it's features.
