> **Pros**: BusyPaws is an integral part of our business. Being able to seamlessly book people into classes and handle payment with very little hands on effort after set up is an incredible feature.

> **Cons**: I wish BusyPaws had an API so I could link data Bidirectionally — we use this software to its maximum capability and this is not likely to be an issue for most users.

> Customer service is top notch and the product is excellent. Whenever we run into a problem (which is not often) someone is always on the other end willing to help\!

> **Pros**: Such efficient and friendly customer assistance, comprehensive options for my dog behaviour consulting business, group classes and private sessions, different locations, can message in the app, store customer info and notes, easily send out commonly used documents, have clients sign waivers and pay, all in this platform\! I've tried lots of booking software and this is hands down the best for dog businesses. Just customizable enough that it's not a headache to set up, but offers all the options I need to run my business and systems the way I want. Busypaws just generally makes my running my business so much easier\! They are so responsive to adding new features when requested too\!

> **Cons**: Some small tech issues every now and again, but I'd expect this with any platform that offers so much, and they're so responsive to issues and helping you work through things. Takes a bit to get used to it, but so much better than every other option I've tried\! A bit on the expensive side I suppose, but honestly for what I get I'm happy to pay it.
