Good Tool

Comments: I can send 10,000 personalised invitation and followup on Linkedin on automation on the backend. That helps me generate leads.

Pros:

Easy to use tool. Simple UI. The best part is I set up the software once, which has been running in the backend for the last one year. Got 2000 followers without working.

Cons:

My account got suspended for using this software once. It was suspended for a week. And waalaxy is clear about it, that your account might get suspended as they are not affiliated to work with LinkedIn.There is a huge risk involved to lost it. But since it helps me do my work easily I am still using it. Always keep this in mind.

Linkedin automation cloud tool

Pros:

Easy to create and run automated campaigns.

Cons:

The absence of admin possibility (non-user who will see the stats and manage the account). UX is not always easy to get and navigate - especially for tech less savvy presale members.

Robust and Multi-Functional

Pros:

Lots of different options for campaigns. Decent support. Email finding service.

Cons:

Learning curve. Omni-channel functionality. Not being able to manage messages / contacts within the system.

Automation from a galaxy far, far away!

Pros:

My adventure with this french based solution began with ProspectIn - a tool that preceded Waalaxy. In my opinion, Waalaxy, despite a few shortcomings, is a tool definitely more recommendable. In fact, it makes it very easy to create entire campaigns to reach prospects, job candidates, recipients, not only on LinkedIn, but also through cold-mailing. As one of the few tools, it allows you to bypass the limit of about 15 invitations a day for up to 100 invitations sent each day (although I will add that I do not recommend spamming recipients and selling on the first contact). It also allows you to use one Sales Navigator account for multiple LinkedIn accounts - or not use it at all. As a result, you can save on the subscription to the service worth at least 50 euro/month. The tool itself offers multichannel campaigns, where you can meet your prospects not only on LinkedIn, but also with mailing campaigns. Pros: You can send up to 100 invitations and even more messages, visits, or follows a day. Multi-channel marketing - not only LinkedIn, but also email enrichment and cold mailing. Cons:

Probably the consequence of the frequent release of new versions are bugs, e.g. campaign actions are performed without time intervals, or in November the tool did not work completely for several days. So far, poor personalization options(name, surname, company). Lack of integration with tools such as Hyperise that allows you to put personalized images / gifs / videos in messages.

My Waalaxy voyage

Comments: Overall I can't imagine my work without Waalaxy right now as it gives me a counstant influx of prospects, I have a tool to quickly set up multiple campaigns, do the A\B testing and find the pitch and industry with the highest conversion for my particular product and I'm really grateful for that.

Pros:

Before coming across ProspectIn and Waalaxy I actually tried another similar solution (with a tasty name) but I didn't go further the trial period as the set up proved to be quite complicated. I fell in love with ProspectIn at the first sight and immediately had all of my colleagues use a free trial as I could be set up by a click of a button. Waalaxy was the next step providing the feature we sought after for a very long time - automated consecutive messages and email outreach.

Cons:

Strangely enough it does not have the feature that ProspectIn has - removing old pending invites. Also, the variables in message sections could be more diverse, but they are only limited to NAME, SURNAME and COMPANY. Why not include - INDUSTRY or COUNTRY? The import report could provide more information - why not all of the campaign leads were scanned? What duplicated did you find and what campaign they are in? etc. Email outreach needs to be polished - the text formatting is not supported and it is not possible to include variables for the email topic - so it can't be personalized which is sad.

Great for Lead gen newbies

Comments: We like it, we use it with our agency for our clients and I always recommend it.Although I think there should be more and more frequent improvements and releases (unpaid)

Pros:

Ease of use and onboarding, you can get started in minutes.If you don't need specific lead management it's a perfect tool to start with.

Cons:

Contact management is a bit hard within the tagging system.Also, you can't import duplicates which is annoying if you work frequently with the same leads (for retargeting purposes)

Money Making Machine!

Pros:

Waalaxy has helped me in reaching out to new prospects every single day. I was able to get out of the LinkedIn Jail and reach out to a minimum of 2000 prospects a month. Within the last 4 months, I have closed more than 8 sales!!!!

Cons:

Waalaxy is expensive as compared to other similar tools but it's worth it!!!!

Comments: The tool does exactly what it advertises. It offers an incredible amount of features for a very reasonable price. If cloud based automation isn't your top priority, then choose Waalaxy without hesitation.
BTW, the Waalaxy team told me that they will be releasing a cloud-based version of the app shortly. That's great news!

Waalaxy offers numerous automation features, such as automatic profile visits, messaging, connectin requests, email enrichment, and sending cold emails, etc.

Cons:

The tool requires you to keep LinkedIn open in a separate tab all the time. Would be great if it were cloud-based.

Comments: Great for building & expanding your Linkedin network, les great in managing said network. But the best solution out there for start ups and early stage scale-up to connect and grow there business.

Waalaxy Software feedback

Comments: It has increased research, freelance recruitment and screening process speed for my company

Pros:

I found very useful the possibility to change and personalize the campaigns to different target profiles as well as to select the timing of each action within the campaign.

Cons:

There still a few limits to most campaign templates changes, which do not allow enough versatility, such as the impossibility to delated an action or add one if needed. I have noticed that at time there are still system integration glitches with linkedin, which result in a blockage of the program way before the expected daily and weekly maximum volumes are reached, and which I think could be further improved.

Simple to use, but not as smoothly as expected

Comments: Overall it's good, the campaigns do the tasks which it saves me a lot of time. but it bugs sometimes when I imported the lists of prospects onto the software, and when I launch the software (it shows error message). However, the client relation service is good as they always get back to you within the day.

Pros:

I like the easiness of the software, anyone can get a hand on it pretty quickly.

Cons:

The campaign feature, you cannot easily see the full name list when you click on the campaign as it doesn't display the full name.

Still Learning Its Full Use

Comments: I have switched from using an external lead generating software to using Waalaxy almost exclusively. Easy to use and I really appreciate that the team sends out tips and tricks every week via email. The only downside is that it only works with Google Chrome right now; to be honest, this isn't that big of a con just a minor inconvenience.

Pros:

Team/support is lovely, product is great and easy to understand/use. In about an hour you can grasp the main aspects of the tool and make it work.

Deceptive and manipulative

Pros:

I used it for 2 years, it is intuitive, looks good and I used to be satisfied.

Cons:

Waalaxy has manipulative, deceptive and simply intolerable advertising practices. If we use the extension, which is necessary for Waalaxy to function properly, we then see posts appear in our LinkedIn feed. These posts are fake posts! These are in fact Waalaxy advertisements, which the extension embeds in LinkedIn, in a deceptive and manipulative way. This is unacceptable and I left Waalaxy after 2 years of using it without any problems.

Good option of you are starting with cold outreach campaigns

Comments: This is one of the best tools I have used. It is totally safe.

Pros:

Is it very easy to implement and start prospecting. It includes the proxy management, so it can work even when the computer is off.

Cons:

Needs to improve the user interface and add more functionalities to use cold email independently of LinkedIn campaigns and better reporting features.

Comments: I love it!!

Pros:

This software is very user-friendly and easy to use. I could set up Waalaxy within 20 min, so amazing! Besides that my clients could get 7 days free trial. It's also the cheapest price among other tools such as Dux Soup, Octopus, perfect prospect, prospect maximizer. I tried those tools and Waalaxy is still the best. Easy to import prospects list from LinkedIn. You can use a single sales navigator account for multiple accounts, AMAZING!!! Love customer support lives chat, always answered my questions & they solved my problems immediately. I asked them almost every day, so much better than taking a phone to call the customer support team or sending an email. I learned a lot from Waalaxy youtube channel and live webinars, learned a new thing from the founders. Really happy with this software, keep up the good work.

Cons:

It's missing frequent ask questions. I still don't know why Waalaxy didnt sending the same amount of invitations on daily basis. My invitation diagram went up and down. For example, the tool sent 90 invitations yesterday, today sent 50 invitations, and then the next 2 days sent nothing. Its not because the campaign running out of prospects. Still don't know why.
