We receive usually 15-25 matches per week per role, which is based off of criteria we have provided RippleMatch. This means the majority of candidates are qualified for our positions, and saves our team tons of time on sourcing\!

> **Cons**: This is a hard question to be honest...the only thing I would change would be to add in a way to see the full scope of candidates you interacted with - once they are no longer in process you no longer see those candidates when tracking. Otherwise, no complaints :)
