The best PDF management tool

5.0 8 months ago

Comments: Overall my usage of the Adobe Acrobat Pro is good as it provides me the necessary tools for me to convert files into PDF File format.

Pros:

The best feature of the Adobe Acrobat Pro is its management of different files, and turning it into a PDF file format.

Cons:

The one problem is that is the clunkiness of editing the different elements of a file especially if the file is from a word format.

Adobe Acrobat: The Best

5.0 4 weeks ago New

Comments: My overall experience with Adobe Acrobat has been great! Been using it for years and years at work and there is honestly not a more customizable, user-friendly app/system out there to use.

Pros:

Super easy to customize anything on what you are viewing. Couldn't be more simple to edit and notate on documents.

Cons:

There is honestly nothing I don't like- it can be a little bit touchy at times when you are first learning but it's super easy to navigate.

Great program, worth the money

4.0 2 months ago New

Comments: In most cases, Adobe Acrobat is easy to use and exceptionally good at handling PDFs. I use it a lot for making forms and I have no complaints.

Pros:

Exceptional functionality with an easy-to-use interface. It's easy to navigate and can do basically anything imaginable with a PDF

Cons:

The OCR function is less than perfect. I find that it struggles pulling text from images or trying to read handwriting much more that some other (often free) options.

Pros:

Super easy to edit, change data format, & organize data.

Cons:

Every time I'm trying to copy some text within documents, small message box will pop up and will ask you where do you like to open like you are trying to open hyperlink though it isn't one.

A Necessity That’s Easy to Love!

5.0 last month New

Comments: Very positive! I use it almost every single day, and it makes my encounters with PDFs and several other types of files enjoyable. It’s easy to navigate, and has good value for what it’s worth!

Pros:

I like how versatile it is with PDFs. I have a freedom with editing them, exporting them, sending them, etc. that I didn’t have before. This app is easy to understand and pick up for beginners, which I also really appreciated

Cons:

Sometimes, the application only opens up within my web browser and not as its own independent browser. I think this has to do with some app settings that have been a little confusing for me to figure out. Would appreciate more of a troubleshooting aspect from Adobe on that

Acrobat - Seamless PDF workflow for any creative

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: Overall, Acrobat is to ultimate go-to for creating and editing PDFs. I enjoy the new features Adobe brings to the table with each iteration of the title.

Pros:

Adobe Acrobat is best in class when it comes to PDF creation and management. It is the industry standard and has become more and more feature-stocked over the years.

Cons:

I dislike that Acrobat will not allow more than two signatures to be stored in a profile. There are instances when I need to sign documents with my personal name (sometimes with just my maiden name when needed) or my business name. However, Acrobat only allows a max of two signatures, making it complicated to use different signatures for different reasons or allowing a team member to use my software (like my husband because he does not have a subscription nor does he understand Adobe anything). I am also annoyed that Acrobat is not consistent when editing a PDF - typefaces will change and often divert to an unknown numbered system font, which cannot be downloaded or matched without recreating the entire document. It needs better font recognition and replacement options.

Adobe is an application that helps our experience with PDFs

5.0 7 months ago

Comments: My overall experience is very positive, I love Adobe's features and I use the editing and annotation features on PDFs a lot.

Pros:

What I like most about Adobe is that this application provides several changes to a file, such as editing texts and images, making notes on PDFs, as well as being able to reduce the file size, which makes sharing between users easier.

Cons:

What I like least is the value of PRO plans, they could make plans more affordable.

Review of using of Adobe Acrobat

5.0 11 months ago

Comments: My experience with Adobe Acrobat is likely to be a combination of positive aspects that enhance my productivity and efficiency, along with any challenges or frustrations that arise from using the software. Like any tool, Adobe Acrobat has its strengths and weaknesses, and my experience may vary depending on my individual preferences and requirements.

Pros:

Adobe Acrobat is valued for its versatility, user-friendly interface, document security, integration capabilities, accessibility features, cross-platform compatibility, and ongoing support, making it a preferred choice for individuals and organizations for managing PDF documents effectively.

Cons:

It's important to note that experiences and opinions about software can vary widely among users, and what one user perceives as a drawback may not be as significant for another. Adobe Acrobat continues to be a widely used and respected tool for PDF management and editing, despite these potential limitations.

A bit limiting for the creative and pre use individuals and could use more features but it is still an excellent tool.

Adobe Acrobat - PDF power

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: Adobe Acrobat is the best app I used until now for managing PDF files, it has a lot of features, collaboration, signing and editing witch every business needs. Is easy to setup and use and is available for Window and mobile devices too.

Pros:

The best feature for me is the digital signing, it helps me a lot with different documents that needs to be signed and saves a lot of time and paper. Another features I use is the document cloud, makes it easy to manage and organize all my documents and access them from anywhere.

Cons:

Maybe the costs, is not a deal breaker but I think is just a little high.

Essential for viewing and editing documents

5.0 7 months ago

Pros:

Adobe Acrobat has easily become part of my everyday software stack. It's very user friendly! From viewing invoices, editing PDFs, and signing documents, I rarely go a day without using it.

Cons:

My main complaint is that it often glitches and freezes, which can become quite frustrating when I'm in the middle of using the software. Often times, I'll be in the middle of working on a document and end up losing my work.

Adobe Acrobat PDF king

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: Adobe Acrobat is a comprehensive app for managing any PDF file. From my point of view is "the king" of PDF management.

Pros:

The app is easy to install and you can set it up to always open the PDF files with it. Is easy to use as it has an intuitive user interface with all options and tools easy to acces. The signing feature is an important tool for me, I manage all my contract signing with Adobe as is more easy for both me and the other person signing the documents/contracts. All these can be stored securely in Adobe Cloud and be accesed from any device.

Cons:

To acces all the great featurres of Adobe you will have to have a paid plan, but is worth.

Genuine basic software to view and print PDF files

5.0 6 months ago

Pros:

Since I'm using free of charge, the functions include viewing, printing, sharing, and adding comments to PDFs. Even with free use, I can add comments to PDF, so I find that useful. *With other free PDF software, many of the things that can be edited are different from the genuine PDF, making it difficult to use when reprocessing is necessary.

Cons:

It would be great if the full functionality could be used only a few times a month, even for free use. Also, compared to other PDF software, it is a bit heavy for its high functionality. Since I often print multiple jobs, it is fine when the memory load is low, but when the load is high, it tends to freeze up more than the other software I use in combination.

A delight for my documents!

4.0 4 months ago

Comments: Positive for sure! I enjoy the features it offers, and it does exactly as promised. Would recommend for anyone looking for a reliable way to edit and view important documents.

Pros:

The user interface is very easy to navigate! I love using adobe acrobat for long papers and texts I have to study because it allows me to comment and highlight anything crucial. Converting my documents to PDF is easy, and the document text shows up clearly and without error. Compared to other document viewing applications I have used, Adobe acrobat offers a range of services I apply to my work on the daily. As aforementioned, I particularly enjoy the comments feature as I can pinpoint pieces of information exactly!

Cons:

I will say, I don't love the pricing of Adobe acrobat. I am a student and am always looking for cheap services on which to do my work. However, I have found that Adobe acrobat always delivers, hence I cannot complain.

Review of the Adobe Acrobat

5.0 last year

Comments: My experience is adorable while using Adobe Acrobat for many years. I have been using it to convert files into pdf, open files in pdf, and spilt files, for inserting signatures into the very important documents.

Pros:

The most beneficial usage of Adobe acrobat is that it saves the files into pdf format, that can be easily attached and shared with people around the globe. If we share Ms word format to various users, their format and shapes changes, as they are opened in different softwares and formats.

Cons:

Adobe Acrobat's cost, The software is comparatively expensive, which can be avoided by some users. Moreover, its interface is not easy to understand, that may make it difficult for some people to navigate and find the features they are looking for.
