Hospice Help Through and Through

Comments: Initially, Trella "can" be overwhelming if you don't know what you are looking for. Between the help articles and the fabulous office hours and client success mgr's, it couldn't be easier to schedule time with someone or self-study to get the answers you need. The whole team is kind, thorough, and helpful and makes Trella completely user-friendly for users of all experience levels. Now if I can just get my whole sales team USING it to their advantage and working smarter not harder, Trella is a slam dunk

Pros:

I love the "sources" and "Utilization and quality" sections to show me data many other liaisons and hospices are not fully taking advantage of. The ability to see when facilities and dr's are sending their pt's on hospice (Early/late/no hospice) and where pt's end up (HHA, SNF, No PAC, etc.) is extremely helpful in identifying where we can come in to support these facilities and doctors with our services. It also shows us sources that are worthwhile partnering and doing business with, and those that already have strong affiliations with other hospices, where we don't want to "waste" resources.

Cons:

To no fault of Trella, I often look for data that would be encapsulated in the Home Health solution, so that took a little while to get used to (only having the Hospice solution for our team at this time)

Great Product but errors in the data that is reported

Pros:

I enjoy how it is easy to navigate the website.

Cons:

I dislike the mobile experience as it needs improvement. I also feel that the data is flawed in relation to certain physicians and facilities.

We have recently made some great improvements to the ease of use of the mobile app. We recently added a back button, specialties are now listed in global search results, and search now has its own page. Additionally, in an upcoming release, we will be adding the ability to filter by specialty and location. The data shown in the mobile app is the same as the data displayed on the desktop version of Marketscape. Very strong Product

Comments: I would use and recommend again, but the timing would have to be right. The utilization was diminished due to Covid 19 and changes in protocol.

Pros:

It gives great, user friendly market market intelligence for multiple segments of my industry.

Cons:

The product is great. The utilization of the data was less than its potential due to Covid-19 protocol and access to referral sources. Also, the 2020 thru 2021 data is skewed due to the pandemic.

Comments: great with the caveats above, sometimes difficult to figure out what is where but excellent tool if you know what you are looking for

Pros:

easy to use and has all data we need in one location, almost all hospital partners are listed

Cons:

sometimes hard to find hospitals, tools are not easily customizable, sometimes hard to tell where specific data points are hosted within an account overview

Changing the Game

Pros:

Ease of Use, Prebuilt and Customizable presentations, Data presentation and understandability, Training and Onboarding Engagement, Lots of great features that make it easy to analyze different types of referral sources, Most of all...helps field sales teams develop specific targets and customize business development activities to grow census.

Cons:

Sometimes network is a little slow. Could be on company end too. The prebuilt power points do take some learning and are not as user adjustable and flexible as would be desired.

Trella Health- Positively Impacting Sales Strategies

Pros:

I enjoy using Trella to help our reps target accounts. One of my favorite features is the favorites page- it allows us to customize our priority physicians in a concise, easy to access page. Another favorite feature is the "sales spotlight." We love that you have the capability to print or e-mail specific data pertaining to a physician and who they are currently using for hospice to better tailor our sales calls to show specific areas where we perform better than our competition, while also showing us internal areas we could improve.

Cons:

My least favorite access is the mobile app. I wish it was integrated more where the web features were accessible in a user friendly format on a mobile device.

Excellent Home Health Guide

Comments: I have benefited from Trella because I am able to target my presentations based on the data that I gather from Trella. This has helped me grow by home health business and also has made me more efficient.

Pros:

Trella Health is not only one of the easiest systems to use, but has the most useful data than any other system that I have used. Home health knowledge is literally at your fingertips. I love that I can search for my physicians and accounts and see a snapshot of what their patient base is and what types of diseases, etc. that they are dealing with most. This allows me to develop a strategic plan when I visit my accounts.

Cons:

The one feature that I wish could be changed is that instead of showing less than 11 referrals, I would rather see the actual number. I live in a small town, and often times all of the agencies shown for a physician all show under 11 so it is difficult for me to determine exactly where my agency stands.

The proof is in the pudding!

Comments: Trella Health definitely helps to target the right referral source and provides the inside scoop so that you can put a plan together to showcase your strengths and how you can meet their needs based on the data.

Pros:

It allows you to target the right referral source and not waste time and money on those that do not meet your needs. It gives you the leverage on knowing the inside scoop before you make that sales call so that you are already aware of their population, statistics, and who is getting their business so you can prepare. If you have great stats, it provides the information that you need to leverage your strengths. Easy to use software with phenomenal customer service!

Cons:

The only thing that I have problems with( and it could be just because I may not be educated enough) is under Utilization and Quality once I filter down the quarters to only view specific details, the filter doesn't stay when I go to another facility, I have to filter again.

Home Health

Comments: Trella has helped me navigate the many physicians, hospital's and transitional care units so I know which accounts will benefit most from home care knowledge. This helps to be sure I am well informed prior to meetings.

Pros:

I like the ease of use this software has provided. I can start entering teh inforamtion i am looking for and drop downs help me locate the correct account/physician. The Medicare lives is very useful for Home care needs as well as the disease/injury information. This helps me narrow my focus and really get the most information for me to implement my marketing plan.

Cons:

There isn't Assisted living information available. Assisted Living facilities are an important aspect of home health care and it would be beneficial if Trella had teh ability to provide Medicare lives vs medicare advantage lives etc.

Hospice use of Trella

Comments: Excellent customer service is provided any time you need assistance in navigating and strategizing.

Pros:

I find the information extremely useful and competitive. We have created numerous presentations using Trella targeting providers and other key lead referral sources.

Cons:

The downside was having to make numerous transitions in design and layout. Since the most recent updates, all of these issues have been resolved.

Overwhelming but useful

Comments: I have used it successfully to focus my conversations at lunch presentations or to figure out problems at large accounts.

Pros:

When drilled down, can find useful nuggets. Appreciate the conversation starters, but would like the whole picture so I could come up with my own stories.

Cons:

Cumbersome to move in and out of pages, data is old or does not pertain to territory. Too much data makes it overwhelming

Pros:

Hospital and SNF outcomes are very helpful. We're able to identify areas in which we excel but the hospital may be struggling which can serve as a conversation starter.

Cons:

Some of the features are not useful to the SNF market, but the Trella team values feedback and frequently updates the offerings.

Pros:

It has a lot of information available for ally types of accounts.

Cons:

It is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING that when I pull a list of accounts to research, I can’t just hit any button to return to the exact same list. I have to put the same parameters in again. Every. Single. Time.

Hi Matisse. Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the frustration. If you are referring to when you are in "Explore", you are able to save your parameters by creating a custom filter. Creating a customer filter will apply any of your preferred parameters every time that filter is selected in the "Explore" view. You can create a custom filter by selecting "save as" once you have your preferred parameters in place. Comments: This is fantastic! I use trella regularly to help my company stay on track.

Pros:

I love being able to see what my competitor's numbers are, how they're trending, who's referring to them, etc. I also love keeping track of our trending data, to make sure we are on track.

Cons:

It is a bit difficult to figure out. May just be user error, but I have a hard time remembering how to navigate to different areas.

Pros:

I love that I can use Trella to help support our marketing efforts. This tool allows us to highlight our high quality agency to potential referral sources. It also helps us to streamline a list of potential referral sources by specialty, number of referrals, payor mix, etc. It has really taken the guess work out of our marketing plan.

Cons:

I would love it if we could also use this to keep track of sales calls.

The value of Trella in Home Health Sales

Comments: Overall, I have had a positive experience and find it a useful tool for comparing market share and hospital readmissions with other home healthcare agencies

Pros:

I find it quite easy to navigate, and it is very easy to do physician searches which is very important to my sales goals.

Cons:

I am disappointed in the fact that it takes several months to get updated data.

Sales and Administration Friendly Software

Comments: Trella has provided data to design an objective approach when searching for opportunity!

Pros:

Having relevant data that is customizable to each sales rep allows for a plan from day one. The access and navigation for the website is user friendly with the built-in information button (or in some cases a simple hover with the cursor.)

Cons:

The mobile interface is still limited at this time - BUT, it is new and being modified. I am eager to see what features the future designs hold.
