I tried for 25 days to get answers from them.  They set my machine up wrong .and had to change it multiple times.  Yet still getting it wrong  I called their 24 hour hotline for 3 hours but constantly got the message "we will be back in a hour"   They never answered.  they never got my machine up correctly.   It got to the point when I called some of the employees knew me by my voice.
  My deposits never matched and the fees were not what was explained.
  After calling and texting many times daily I unplugged my machine and told them I no longer wanted to do business with them.  I was promised the information but it has been two days and nothing ;   this company has no customer service

> **Pros**: Slice was simple to set up and use, easy to adjust, and worked exactly how we needed. We never had any issues with the system, and we did not have to pay for any of the equipment. Overall, we liked the system a lot.

> **Cons**: The major con is that slice charges an arm and a leg for online ordering. Many of its competitors take a small percentage of each order, but Slice charges a flat $7/ order for online orders that just didn't make sense to pay, especially for premium third party platform users.

> Overall, we liked slice a lot. the customer service was great, the equipment was free and didn't give us any issues, but we would have liked to have a cheaper online ordering alternative.
