The best for todo and reminder
Comments: Ive started using todo time when my company migrated to office 365.Now I have an updated todolist with information coming from different sources. It automatically updates from the emails.
Pros:
I use todo integrated in microsoft outlook for business and personal purpose. The possibility to sort task by priority and to automatically create todo event vased on outlook emails is amazing.
Cons:
Smartphone application needs a better design and usability
Microsoft To Do is one of the best To Do lists in the market
Comments: Overall, I would urge anyone whose life could be improved by a to do list to try out Microsoft To Do. Especially if they are already in the Microsoft Ecosystem where the app works seamlessly with other Microsoft products.
Pros:
- I have been using Microsoft To Do since late 2021 to manage my to do list. I the kind of person who likes structure and being organized, so I cannot live without a to do list solution. Microsoft To Do is great to be honest. It does most of what a to do list is supposed to do. For example, it has a powerful reminder system that will remind you both on your phone and your desktop machine on what you are suppose to do at the time you had set you will do the task. It's hard to miss out on doing a task after such a reminder. In addition to the reminder functionality, there is an option to snooze the reminder - the same way you snooze an alarm clock. - Some of the other notable functionalities of Microsoft To Do that are worth mentioning include the 'My Day' feature which gives you a summary of what you are supposed to do on that particular day. I also like the functionality of making a task recurring on your preferred frequency. You can also create different types of lists and have tasks under them. You can also share the to do list with others incase you are collaborating with others on some particular tasks.- The interface of Microsoft To Do is simple and straight forward. - I Like that that due dates of tasks can easily to be input through a smart functionality of the app. For example, if you type 'Call mom today at 6pm', the app will automatically set a reminder for the task for today at 6pm. It saves you time of having to put in the reminder manually.
Cons:
I wish there was a voice functionality that would work with the application to help you easily input tasks into the app. Like a way to use voice to enter tasks into the app instead of you having to manually type out tasks into the app, which you are likely to forget to do sometimes.

Microsoft To Do for Education Buissness
Comments: Overall experience was that my trobules with Microsoft To Do forced me to change this software for something else. Mostly it was dictated by the problems with using few different accounts.
Pros:
It is quick to use on mobile phones and you can integrate it with many apps. I used it mostly as mobile app on the smartphone and as a extension in MailBird on my laptop. The synchronization between those two devices worked fine. The most desired feature would be faster editing of the tasks, without opening another tab.
Cons:
I encounter a lot of problems when i was using it on few Microsoft accounts. The "remember me" feature was not working i had to manually enter my password to Microsoft Account every time i was switching accounts, which was time-consuming and counter-productive. There was significant amount of times when Microsoft To Do was not responding, had troubles to start and was restoring default settings instead of using mine.
This App helps me stay organized and productive
Comments: Great Tool for sure!
Pros:
Microsoft To Do is a must use tool for anyone who cares about their productivity and organization. I use to create tasks and set reminders to the tasks. Once I am done with a task, I am able to mark it as complete and the task is crossed off from my list.I also love the 'My Day' feature in Microsoft To Do. It helps me migrate tasks already in my list on to 'My Day' list so that I can focus on what need to be done on that specific day.I also love that I can access the app both on my laptop and phone. This is super convenient. The reminder functionality of Microsoft To Do helps me never forget my scheduled tasks at the correct time.Microsoft To Do has smart functionality feature that helps detect and automatically set due dates for tasks based on the task description. For example, if your task reads 'Buy Present for Mom tomorrow' the app automatically assigns tomorrow's date as the due date, saving you the extra task of having to allocate the due date for the task manually.
Cons:
I wish Microsoft To Do would also integrate well with other Non-Microsoft apps. For Example I use Pomodoro app to track my tasks and I wish I could easily make Microsoft To Do work alongside Pomodoro app.
Excellent application for daily task management
Comments: good experience in using and managing tasks.
Pros:
To do is clearly easy to use, with a simple design that makes it easy to position the options; a sound reminder system for tasks, with the possibility of programming; a little sound to indicate when a task has been reached or completed, and also, strangely enough, a strong feeling of success that encourages you to carry out another task; a magnificent classification of tasks. and finally, the possibility of reanalyzing completed tasks. an application available on IOS and android.
Cons:
there's nothing wrong with it so far; except for a proposal to improve the application on the part assigned to me. the idea would be to give the user who won't be doing the task any more the chance to make a comment; and to validate not done for such and such a reason.
Great for any goal-oriented person!
Comments: I have had a very positive experience with all my interaction with Microsoft To do
Pros:
I live by checklists and this is a great way to keep any checklist with me at all times. Keeping checklists for different categories and tasks is an amazing way to organize
Cons:
The ability to integrate other information. There really isn't much that I would change about this app. I like it overall for it's simplicity to use.

Robust Checklist
Comments: My overall experience was that this product is a robust checklist. It keeps everyone on task, and allows you to prioritize most important tasks. It was too robust for our use case, but can be useful for corporate project managers.
Pros:
I liked the amount of features Microsoft To Do offered. The ability to manage all tasks in one was a huge help. Prioritizing tasks was important.
Cons:
I didn't like that we weren't able to see who was signing off on an item once it was completed. This defeated our use case for the product so we had to stop using.
Great Choice for Task Management
Comments: Overall, I think Microsoft To Do is a great to-do list app for people who are looking for a simple, easy-to-use, and free option. It is also a good choice for people who are already using other Microsoft products.
Pros:
I liked the simplicity and ease of use of Microsoft To Do. The interface is clean and straightforward, and the features are easy to find and use. It is also free to use, available on multiple platforms, and syncs across devices. Additionally, it integrates with other Microsoft products, such as Outlook and Teams.I also liked the ability to set due dates and reminders for tasks, assign tasks to others, import tasks from other apps, use tags and filters to organize tasks, and get notified of upcoming tasks. I think these features are all very useful and can help you stay organized and on top of your tasks.
Cons:
I felt that Microsoft To Do lacks some advanced features that some users may find essential, such as subtasks and recurring tasks. Other than that everything is great.
To Do Review
Comments: This program has been a game changer for me personally. Its where I put all my work related tasks.
Pros:
Its provides me with tools to stay organized with my daily job.
Cons:
I have nothing but great things to say about To Do.
Microsoft To Do has been helpful!
Pros:
I like how it keeps me organized in one place. I am a list person so it is either this option or a bunch of lists on my desk. I like that this is in one place and it is electronic so if I am working in a different location and forgot a physical list, that it is not an issue!
Cons:
Nothing specific comes to mind. I do not use every function available, but everything I do use has been great and very helpful.

Wunderlist has changed the way we organize task!
Comments: We absolutely love and depend on Wunderlst on a daily basis for keeping our organization on track. It helps so much when our team works away from the office most days and you want to add things to various people's to-do list as I oversee a team of people. It helps us stay productive as they don't have to waste time transferring these things from their email to their list which we have done in the past and it lets me see when they have completed a task.
Pros:
I love the fact that you have so many levels to organize your list, especially for those who have different areas they oversee or want to organize their own lives w/ in the same software.
Cons:
I sometimes have a hard time doing a backup but have found that just doing it through Export.wunderlist.com works much better.
Microsoft To Do.. An ultimate organizer
Comments: I sarted using it after Microsoft lauched it as a replacement of wunderlist. It is better than majority of other similar apps due to its ease of use. I use it to remember and manage daily tasks both social and wrok related.
Pros:
I just love the simplicity and list making speed of Microsoft to do. You can keep a track of all of your tasks and organize them into various categories according along with setting reminders or due dates to them. Its simple and intuitive interface makes is easy to use that other similar softwares. Being a web bases software it enables you to access it from any where in the availability of internet on any device and synchronizes an changes in real time. Apart from an schedular, you can also use Microsoft To Do as a field note book to organize and wrotes thoughts and ideas easily. It also allows you to make sub tasks and create notes for each part. You can easily share your lists with other through sharing a PDF or the incorporated email support which is very useful frature to share agendas and group check lists for meetings and jobs with the concerned persons.
Cons:
Microsoft To Do is designed primarily as a to do app, thus it often lacks deeper features which would have been nice. It has limited team collaboration features, but is an excellent choice for simple projects and manage daily tasks.
Getting Things Done with Wunderlist
Comments: I was recommended Wunderlist from a friend. I am a paper gal through and through. Wunderlist has helped me be more efficient in my tasks. I can access and edit from my computer and my phone. One of the main perks of this program is sharing tasks. That has helped our team stay on the same page and work efficiently. I have used Trello in the past and did not find it as efficient/helpful as Wunderlist.
Pros:
There are several things I like most about this software. Being a visual person, Wunderlist satisfies that need. Not only are the lists helpful at-a-glance, I enjoy the personalization allowed. On a more serious note, Wunderlist helps me in staying on target for my tasks. No task falls through the cracks. Within each task, it is helpful being able to set reminders, due dates, repetition, etc. Something else that has greatly come in handy, is being able to share tasks with others in the office. I can keep track of what is getting done or assign tasks to our office aid or other secretaries. The option to print all jobs or list is incredibly helpful.
Cons:
I have not run into any problems. My tasks are not too large and this is a great program for the smaller tasks so far.
A must have for personal productivity
Comments: Microsoft To Do has been a very useful program for me since I began using it to track my personal tasks and activities. Managing my domestic tasks and activities no longer has to be done with colored sticky notes plastered all over my house, To Do gives me similar simplicity with exponentially more functionality. What's not to like?
Pros:
The user interface was designed for maximum utility for all kinds of product users. Adding tasks and subtasks and tracking them is as easy as can be imagined, with zero complexity and complication. Managing reminders and notifications, sharing updates on tasks, and several more tools and features make it a very refreshing change to the usually complicated task tracking tools I use for my official tasks and activities.
Cons:
For the purposes for which I got MS To Do, it has served me perfectly and I have no single issue to complain about.
A decent to do list app with simple collaboration.
Comments: I came to Microsoft To Do from Wunderlist. I liked it better when it was Wunderlist, I feel like they handled little details better, and was just a better experience. Overall though, it's a pretty solid little to do app, they did a pretty good job of assimilating the Wunderlist functionality, while integrating with the Microsoft feel. The ease of use and simple layout of the interface is good. The collaboration features are nice, and we used it at home regularly for a running shopping list that my wife and I could add to as we needed things. It's nice to go to the store with the list, and her be able to add items to is as I am shopping. It worked well for a running list of things to do around the house as well. It was also helpful with work related items when we had a small team working on the same project and we could all see the things left to get done. The ability to star important items so you can mark tasks that are a higher priority. There's a few things they could improve on and overall just make it that much better. But if you're just needing a simple tasks manager or to do list app, this would be a solid choice.
Pros:
it's easy to enter new to dos without a lot of frills and other features to get in your way or clutter the interface. The ability to star items to mark them as priority and keep them at the top of the list is nice. The simple and clean interface is nice and easy to use, and easy to navigate. I like that there isn't a ton of bloated features and items making it distracting to use. The groups feature is also nice, as it makes it easy to keep lists together and organized in different areas based on their context.
Cons:
There were a few frustrating things for me when I used the app on a regular basis. I didn't like how it sorted completed tasks. It didn't have an option to sort it by the most recently completed task, so if you accidentally marked something completed and you had a long list of already completed items, (from say a running store list that you updated and reused over time), it was hopeless to find the item that you accidentally completed. That brings me to another frustrating point, on the iPhone app it was way to easy to accidentally mark a task completed while you were holding the phone in your hand. I would regularly hit the check box on accident with my finger just handling my phone. It would be nice if there was a way to keep it from moving it to the completed list until the end of day, or have the option to do it manually. This is the way I have Things 3 setup, so that when I am done checking off my list, I log them manually so that I can still see the things I"ve completed as I go, and then log them and hide them once I'm at a certain point.
Microsoft To-Do Review
Comments:
I can pull up my plan for the day regardless of where I am. This is assisting me with remaining coordinated.
I was cheerful that the mix with Outlook where a ton of To-Dos begin from would be consistent and assist me with being proficient.
Generally, my involvement in To-Do has been a decent encounter.
Pros:
I enjoyed the combination with Microsoft Outlook undertakings and hailed email. Working in Outlook a ton of the day made it more effective to stamp messages as follow up things and see that in the To-Do application. I like how simple this application is to utilize. It permits you to set undertakings and arrange them by due date and the errands that should be finished on a particular day. It's exceptionally strong and has numerous highlights, however I appreciate the consistent experience of utilizing it on both my telephone and my PC. I love Microsoft items and this is another victor. Exceptionally basic and causes me to feel like I can deal with my plans for the day easily. Furthermore, cool update highlights. I utilize a PC at work and a Mac at home, however have discovered that To-Do is very simple to use across various working frameworks. It's absolutely a stage over the updates application on my telephone, and I value having the option to get to it (just as get notices and updates) across my numerous gadgets. I like having the option to rank undertakings by request of significance and the capacity to add extra parts like documents or update notes. In general, overly helpful and simple to utilize.
Cons:
The To-Do app and work area (through Outlook app) isn't extremely easy to understand contrasted with other more current apps. I was confounded about "Undertakings" and "Tasks" and how those meant hailed messages and assignments. It likewise found a way an excessive number of ways to round out at new To-Do. The absence of highlights is the greatest negative to this product. It comes up short on the usefulness to sort tasks. Glitchy, here and there. Errands I complete tend to at times not synchronize to my telephone or PC, the other way around.
Easy cloud-based task manament
Comments: Overall,Microsoft's To Do is pretty easy to use, regardless of what you are using it on.Everything is right there in front of you and it lets you go stepp by step on how to get the most out of it.It's free to use and its often overlookedin favor of flashier task managers.I have found it to be efficient and it helps me keep my meetings and appointments on time. There are not many things that are free and worth my time, but I would recommend this to anyone with kids and have flexable work schedules and needs to keep things organized and in one place.
Pros:
Microsoft To Do is not only for business but it's great for individuals who want to moniter and collaborate on simple tasks.it lets you prioritize you schedule and has file sharing for groups who are collaborating on events or work projects. It has an easy to use interface that allows people who are not familiar with computers or working with a team.It is so easy to use for any individual who wants to plan their day or week and not forget any appointments you may have coming up.you have access to calendar,Gmail outlook, evernote even trello, slackand airtable. It's free to use,its simple and has file uploading. It also can be use with you mobile.Off coarse it has a reminder that pings in to let you know ahead of time when you have a meeting or appointment
Cons:
As with anything, there are always cons, not a lot of features even tho it has added more features, since it's first release.I have found the drag and drop function still needs improvement and the add to my day feature only allows me to add a project for that day and not upcoming events which has to be applied separately and doesnt integrate with some of microsoft products.
Wunderlist - Super Simple Straightforward Task Keeper
Comments: I actually use Wunderlist actively. If I update tasks on my laptop, there's seamless syncing to my smartphone. I'm on an Android and the app is well designed, very easy to read my tasks, add, update. On my Macbook, I switched from using Wunderlist in my browser (Firefox or Chrome) and am using the desktop app. The desktop app takes very little memory compared to keeping an open tab in either browser. The design of the web app and desktop app are equally pleasing. This is a super clean straightforward app that's quick and easy to use. All I want to know is what I've got coming up next and be able to update it easily. I also like being able to create tasks out of emails, all you need to do is add the email addresses you're sending from and update your account to activate this feature. Having my to do list handy when I'm mobile is really convenient. I also use tags, which makes it super easy to cut to the chase and pull up similar tasks for different projects.
Pros:
Sometimes super simple is all you need. What I love about Wunderlist is that it really is a plain and simple tool to keep track of tasks. I've used Todoist, and that's a cool tool too. But ALL I want is something to keep me straight on tasks I have, and have it super easy for me to add and update them. Wunderlist delivers on it's simplicity from actually using it to the look and feel.
Cons:
Sometimes I'd like to print out on paper my completed tasks depending on what I'm working on. You can't do this. You can print out your open tasks. I can view a list of the next 7 days of tasks but I can't view what I have open after that. In ToDoist you can view tasks past 1 week in the Inbox. I'm using a tag that I can search and pull up tasks that are over a week old.
A Great Way to Manage All of Your Tasks for You and Your Team(s)
Comments: I've been using several different solutions for managing my tasks/projects/deadlines/to-do's for years. I've left Wunderlist only to find myself crawling back due to its ease of use features. It uses keyphrases and contextual clues to predict your tasks due dates or reminders and related contacts which reduces the time you spend making the task and more time to complete it/checking it off. I use it for my personal life as well as Team Projects and Project Management to keep track of all of our tasks in the company. It works very well for small businesses (1-20 employees) with simple tasks that do not require workflow and triggering.
Pros:
-You can add anything from anywhere using email, typing out your tasks, or generating them from webpages/inbox etc. -Easy to use Reminder System that is effective at keeping you up to date with what needs to be done and not easy to ignore or let anything slip through the cracks with push notifications. -Smart Tasks allowing you to setup reminders, notifications, group members, tags, etc by simply using the correct words in your tasks and minimizing the time it takes to setup your tasks in general giving you more time to complete them! -Team Collaboration & List Share Options -Device Compatibility and Multi-Platform Apps -Gmail Integration
Cons:
-Inability to create projects or automated tasks directly within the app itself, however this can be achieved by using integrations with Zapier etc or using other tools to talk to Wunderlist and create the tasks for you. -Can become bulky when you have a large number of tasks at one time or are managing a lot of projects or lists. -Sometimes the smart task creation/tagging can get in the way when you want to write something simple and it tries to do something else for you.

Missed opportunity to really help people manage tasks, but terrible execution!
Comments: We were big fans of Wunderlist, which seemed advanced in its day. But now, many years later, the successor to Wunderlist is subpar and doesn't do either tasks or projects well enough to replace a third-party solution. We are moving away from it and focusing all our efforts around Asana, which can function as both your personal task manager and your enterprise project manager.
Pros:
The thing I like most is that it's included with Outlook / Office 365. It's definitely better than Google Tasks (the "minimum viable product" task mgr that's included with Google's G-Suite / Workspace / whatever name they come up with tomorrow). But being "better" than a terrible product isn't nearly enough. It needs to be so much better before you can realistically give up a separate project/task management tool. This product is a solution looking for a problem--lightweight users can probably just stick with whatever came on their phone, and heavy-weight users need so many more features, so To Do is stuck in the middle without a real audience.
Cons:
What I really dislike about To Do can be broken down in to three main areas: collaboration, visualization, and integration. For collaboration, you really need to use this product as a standalone personal task manager, because effective team / project assignments, grouping and communication are just missing. For visualization, there are so many missing viewing options--you need to go to the competing "Planner" product just to get Kanban, for example. Why not combine these two products? Then for integration, I have enjoyed the progress they've made in making it work better with Outlook emails and calendars, but it's only on par or less than 3rd party plugins that give you Outlook integration with a much better external task or project manager like Asana. Why can't Microsoft make a best-in-class product that competes with Airtable (by integrating with Access) or Notion (by integrating with Excel or Sharepoint)? Why does it have to be so bare-bones?
Excellent for tracking and sorting tasks! Easy to use.
Comments: I use this for work, personal life, and volunteer life. I created folders for the various things that I need to do and sort tasks into the various folders. For work, I use this daily to help me track my tasks and keep me focused on what I need to do and I also used shared lists with coworkers to track things we need to purchase for the office. For personal life, I use this as a grocery list, occasionally as a packing list, to track projects I need to do around the house and to keep up on other tasks like bill paying and more. For my volunteer life, I have used it as a shopping list for supplies for my church and to track tasks needed for the coffee shop I help manage. This is very helpful because I can sort the tasks by category, set reminder and due dates, create weekly or daily tasks, and access the information anywhere as it is web based. No more paper lists that I lose and get messing as you cross off and add things to them! I often pull it open at random times when i think of something I need to do and don't want to forget to do it. Overall it's been very helpful to keep me on task with the things I need to do.
Pros:
This program tracks all of my tasks. I can organize them into categories and set reminders or due dates for them. It is web based so it's accessible whenever you have the internet and can be used across devices. It synchronizes in real time.
Cons:
This is a good product in general, but on some occasions there would be issues with synchronization. The Wunderlist Team worked hard to fix them though and they were usually sort term. I haven't seen any issues in a while with this so they may have improved their system
Task management tool
Comments: Overall a great tool.Microsoft-to-do is best managing tool, I can easily manage all my work throughout the day, Microsoft-to-do helps me to deliver task on time and it helps me being punctual. I am using Microsoft-to-do for my personal as well as professional tasks to complete. Earlier for my office work I used to create task list on notepad or notepad++ and from there it was difficult to track the progress but now it's easy. Also sometimes I forgot to send an email or to check the email or calling someone but with the help of Microsoft-to-do now I can set a reminder and able to complete easy and every task on time. Also it allows to create a task/subtask list and share it to other which I like the most because now I can share the tasks easily with my team members. I would recommend this tool to everyone so that managing task/time become easy.
Pros:
My favourite thing about Microsoft to do is it can be use on mobile as well as on laptop. Easy to use and it's user interface is awesome. Microsoft-to-do allows users to manage tasks, assign tasks and prioritise task according to urgency/importance of task. Also user can add reminder for a task so there is no need to check deadline again and again and can complete task on time.
Cons:
Microsoft-to-do does not allow users to set start and end date of a task which I felt important, also it doesn't provide inbuilt calendar view so we need to use Microsoft calendar app to fullfill the need. That's the only problem which I faced till now, else everything is good.
Excellent To Do list application for daily use
Comments: Overall I am satisfied with Microsoft To-Do software. Except for a few improvements, it is still a great app. I use Microsoft To-Do on daily basis. I am eagerly awaiting and excited about the new upcoming features that Microsoft is going to add to the To-Do app in the future. I keep reading Microsoft blogs and I am happy to know that Microsoft is working on feature requests suggested by users as feedback.
Pros:
I use Microsoft To-Do on daily basis. I like the simple list feature which is clean and sophisticated. It provides an easy way for the user to quickly add new tasks to the lists. I also like the unique feature "Add to my day" feature to highlight important tasks. The reminders in Microsoft To-Do are just too good. Due to on-time reminders, I could finish my work on time without missing any deadline. Overall, It is good GTD (getting things done) software.
Cons:
It's simple and feature-rich software however it cannot be used for complex task management. Microsoft has been developing software for years but still, they haven't provided any advanced features in Microsoft To Do. The other thing I did not like is that there is no subtask feature and because of this I could not break the single task into smaller sub-tasks. Also, there is not enough space given to add task descriptions which I think is a major drawback because I like to add notes to the tasks while completing my tasks.
Do More and increase your productivity with Microsoft To Do
Pros:
Task management has never been this easy, I can assign tasks, organize them into groups, put deadlines to each or all of them with Microsoft To Do. I am also very alert thanks to this tool as I know what is next as when as what is coming always making my day to day work very organized and achievable. Reminders and notifications of the projects deadline are very helpful and keeps me om the toes to see all my projects are completed on time. Intergrates well with outlook is another plus, makes me very productive. Giving priority to certain tasks is a feature I really love as i am able to work on the most urgent tasks and schedule the list urgent to later day or time. The UI is very simple to manouver around and use. The drag and drop function makes my work easy when I need to move items up and down on my to do list. I am able to add a comment on a task especially when working as a team on a task and communication is seen across the entire team. Sharing tasks with others is quite simple and fast
Cons:
I wish they could add more themes and backgtounds

The perfect task managment app
Comments: I really do like wunderlist for managing tasks for different departments.
Pros:
I liked the ability to assign tasks to people on my team and put a deadline on it. Great for doing so for different departments.
Cons:
We ultimately added the app to Microsoft teams because their suite offered more than just task management.
