The controls are not the most user-friendly. I am now able to quickly navigate Outlook, but only with the help of YouTube tutorials.

Microsoft Outlook: Useful tool to prioritize your work

Best email management software out there.
Comments: Microsoft Outlook is seriously great. I use it all day every day at work. I love that I can manage not only my emails, but also my calendar, to-do list, meeting scheduling, and more, all from one app.
Pros:
Microsoft Outlook is still the king of email. I love the ease of use, clean layout and deep integration with other Microsoft products as well as third party applications.
Cons:
I've always love Outlook. Some of the new features and design changes with the latest release took some getting used to, but after a while it felt natural.
Outlook for meetings and email management
Comments: Overall, I've found Microsoft Outlook to be very useful for managing emails, calendars, and tasks. While the interface can be complex and it sometimes slows down with lots of emails, it's still a powerful tool for staying organized.
Pros:
I liked Microsoft Outlook's comprehensive email management, including its powerful organizational features, integrated calendar, and task management, which streamline productivity and communication efficiently.
Cons:
What I liked least about Microsoft Outlook is its sometimes complex interface and occasional slow performance with large email volumes, which can hinder productivity.
Solid profession email client
Pros:
Matchable features of it are really good and the calendar integration is fantastic for a professional office in. Having multiple calendars allows you to have personal calendars integrated into company-wide calendars and that is a fantastic feature. Also sorting project related emails into folders is a great organizational tool.
Cons:
I dislike how app and the program are being upgraded. Computer malfunctions when you have the app version and the program software version on one PC. Windows is doing a lot of changes that aren't really necessary as they shouldn't fix something that wasn't broken but it seems the the moving into this whole cloud hosted 365 nonsense to get subscription fees. Also then you look update for the program is messing with how we are saving emails into folder structures. Also it's super annoying when one employee is on a Mac and certain features are simply messing from outlook on their machine. This shouldn't be. All menus should be the same.

I feel safe
Comments: a great work tool to send and receive secure emails
Pros:
It is a platform that I have used for many years and I feel safe sharing files, sending important information, sure that the information is not leaked and that it reaches the recipient quickly and safely. Furthermore, its use is very easy to learn to use and a quite useful work tool
Cons:
There is nothing bad that I dislike, everything works perfectly with useful functions

I think I Microsoft office sometimes has a lag when syncing emails from cloud storage, it doesn’t happen often but I guess it is expected to happen when you have 15 years of email data in an account.
Microsoft Outlook
Comments: The best experience i have compare to other similar tools. What i like the most in Microsoft outlook is you can access it online and offline. The way you can areange the folders and inboxes and setting the emails in high priority and can also flag and mark it complete once you are done with the emails.

If you comlete your storage you need to pay in order to have access in extra storage. Also when I send a mail I can understand if my mail send it or not but I cannot see if my mail is opened or not.I mean if the receiver read my mail. This one feature that I can do it with an external app but not included in the Microsoft Outlook.

Microsoft office
Comments: Overall outlook is not a bad program. Use it for work but I am able to have the app on my phone and still keep up with emails while I'm not at work
Pros:
It's an easy program to use for interoffice emails

Every few days I have to redo my signature and change the font of my emails. It's very frustrating because no matter how many times I go in and change and save it every few days I have to do so again
